I have personally tried and loved all of the recipes on this page.  You will often see “adapted from” on a recipe which typically means that I have made adjustments to the ingredients to lower fat and calories or boost flavor.  It is not always possible to include the nutritional information as a result of this tinkering, but all of the recipes are a good fit for a reduced calorie diet.
